Dr. Tamara Brothers joined National Optometry in 2006, relocating to Virginia after 10 years in private practice in North Carolina. Dr. Brothers, a native of North Carolina, graduated from North Carolina State University in 1992 and Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1996. She completed an externship in primary care optometry at Hampton VA Medical Center. She has worked in the optometric industry in various capacities since 1990. Outside of work, she enjoys various types of needlework, especially cross-stitch.
